Instructions for Registering for Stairway to Health (STH)

1. Click on Register Now on the STH home page.

2. Choose Individual or Organization registration.

If you are registering as an INDIVIDUAL, proceed to Step 3.

If you are registering your ORGANIZATION, proceed to Step 4.

3. Individual Registration. Click here to sign yourself up as a participant. Do NOT click here if you are registering your workplace/organization for participation in Stairway to Health, please follow the instructions for Organization Registration below.

   1. Select the country where you are registering.

   2. From the list select Canada, the United States or International country and click NEXT.

   3. If you choose CANADA, you will be asked to indicate the Province or territory in which you are registering. Make your selection from the list and click NEXT.

   4. A list of currently registered organizations will appear. Review the list of organizations to see if your workplace is present.

   5. If your organization is present on the list, click on the name of your workplace.

   6. Complete the registration form as directed.

   7. Click SUBMIT INFORMATION.

   8. A password will be sent to the email address you provided. Using the password and your username, you can login to Stairway to Health to record your results and view your progress.

4. Organization Registration. Click here to register your workplace. This will allow people from your workplace to register as part of your group. By registering your organization you will be the key contact and have access to a management package that will allow you to view results for participants, select different organizational challenges, and build an on-line newsletter. Once you have registered you will be sent a username and password.

   1. Select the country where you are registering.

   2. From the list select Canada, the United States or International country and click NEXT.

   3. If you choose CANADA, you will be asked to indicate the Province or territory in which you are registering. Make your selection from the list and click NEXT.

   4. A list of currently registered organizations will appear. Review the list of organizations to ensure that your workplace has not already been registered. If your organization has already been registered you must register as an individual.

   5. If your organization has not been registered, click on REGISTER YOUR ORGANIZATION.

   6. A screen titled Register Your Organization will appear, with 4 forms which each need to be completed. Please note that information for each field with a red asterisk * must be filled out in order to register your organization.

   7. Click SUBMIT INFORMATION to complete your registration.

   8. A screen will appear confirming a successful registration. A password will be sent to the email address you provided. The email contains instructions on how you can access your administration tools for your workplace. Please remember your username and password to regularly update your stair climbing activity under 'Submit Results".

ALREADY REGISTERED?

PLEASE NOTE: If you have already registered once you will not be able to register a second time using the same email address. Instead use your username and password to log-in.
